Chicago Chapter

Sarah is a sophomore at New Trier High School (NTHS) in Winnetka, IL. Moved by the lasting effects of domestic violence on children, she joined The Safe Nest Project with the intent of helping as many at-risk youth as possible. She believes that high school students can play a powerful role in creating positive change and thus is excited to expand the project into the greater Chicago area.

In her free time, Sarah is a dedicated figure skater and an active member of both the New Trier Policy Debate Team and the Amnesty International chapter.
